Favorite Navy Blue Fall Decor Finds

Decor· Fall· Holidays

I am so thrilled that navy is making itself a spot in the fall decor world this year! This is the first year I’m getting to decorate for fall in the new house, so I’ve been doing lots of online shopping. And you know what I’ve found? A shocking amount of blue fall decor and navy pieces that are to die for.

I’m usually a pretty traditional decorator when it comes to holidays. Halloween means black and orange, Christmas means red and green, and fall time means orange and yellow. But this year, I’m getting a little wild and adding in some navy blue for fall.

Experimenting with non-traditional color schemes is a great way to change up the look of your home without going too crazy. Plus, navy is the perfect color to experiment with because it looks so good with the traditional colors most people decorate with for autumn. Browns, oranges and rich golden colors look even sharper when sitting next to a bold blue.

Remember the color wheel? Colors opposite of one another actually look great together — hence why blue and orange work so well!

  2. “Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice” candle
  3. Plaid Cotton Throw Blanket
  4. Velvet Pumpkin Decorative Accent
  5. “Gather Together” Coil Outdoor Mat
  6. Navy So Very Thankful Pillow
  7. Buffalo Plaid Stool Blue
  8. Check With Solid Kitchen Towels
  9. Navy Chalk Paint Pumpkin with Gold Stem
  10. Geometric Woven Kilim Rug

Now’s the time to jump on the navy bandwagon! Blue fall decor is more than just a trendy fad that’ll look dated next year. It’s such a classic color it might as well be considered a neutral by now.

Last year I shared some of my favorite fall throws and many of them were blue as well. Check out that post if you want even more navy goodness to choose from!

There are a few other non-traditional colors that have been popular recently like purples, mauve, mint green and all white. Do any of these catch your eye, or are you sticking with the traditional oranges?
